Samantha Bacon has developed a solid reputation working with home builders and building designers, particularly in the Central Coast region.

Samantha works directly with builders’ clients to assist in the selection of both exterior and interior finishes, producing detailed colour scheme specification documents.

Being engaged early in the project, Samantha will assist builders’ clients to resolve their brick, tile and window selections so that these important elements will meet the client’s appearance expectations while still remaining within the project budget.  This also assists the builder because Samantha deals personally with the client in that important early stage in the construction of the client’s new home.

Samantha also works with the client in the selection of taps, PC items, tiles and other surface finishes, culminating in the final paint selections, both inside and out.

Samantha’s services can be factored into the total contract price, with the colour consulting service part of your total offering to the client.  Alternatively, the client can engage Samantha directly.

Whichever way, the outcome is great for both you and your client.  Detailed selection processes are made easier for you, your homes are a cut above the rest in their appearance and the client ends up with a stylish home, the envy of friends and neighbours.
